Free Crochet Pattern - Multi-Color Crochet Mug Warmer



PATTERN:

Materials:
-Worsted weight yarn
-Size I 5.5mm crochet hook
-Tapestry needle
-Decorative (or not so decorative) button

Begin with a foundation Ch of 15 (or longer or shorter depending on the height of your mug)
Row 2: Dc in the 2nd Ch from hook, Dc in each st (13 sts), Ch 2, turn
Rows 3-23 (or more or less depending on your mug circumference): Repeat row 2 (on row 23 do not Ch 2 at the end, just turn)
Row 24: Sl st in first 6 sts (or halfway across the row if you adjusted the pattern), Ch 8, sl st in very next st and in the next 6 sts, finish off, weave ends.
Sew your button onto the front of the work on the other end from the buttonhole loop (near your foundation Ch)

How to Crochet a Hexagon

Make a magic ring, Ch 2, *2 Dc, Ch 2, repeat 5 more times, sl st to join, Ch 2

Round 2: Dc in each around, (Dc, Ch 2, Dc) in each Ch space, sl st to join, Ch 2

Repeat Round 2 until desired size is reached.

Easy Crochet Small Hearts





PATTERN:

Materials:
-Worsted weight yarn (although you could follow this pattern with just about any yarn and hook)
-Size H 5mm crochet hook
-Tapestry needle

***For the SMALL HEART: only complete round 1 and finish off
***For the MEDIUM HEART: complete rounds 1 & 2 and finish off
***For the LARGE HEART: complete rounds 1, 2, & 3 and finish off

Begin with a magic ring, Ch 2

Round 1: working inside the magic ring, work 3 Trc, 4 Dc, 1 Trc, 4 Dc, 3 Trc, Ch 2, sl st into the ring itself (not into a stitch!), if continuing, don’t turn
